Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations
At Body Metrics, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and an exceptional customer experience. We understand that there may be occasions where a return, refund, or cancellation is required, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Should you wish to cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that certain orders, including special order or partner-supplied products, may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has commenced.

General Return Conditions
The following conditions apply to all standard returns:
* Items must be unused and undamaged
* Products must be returned in their original packaging
* All accessories, manuals, inserts, and tags must be included
* Products purchased as part of a promotion may not qualify for return
* Returned items must remain in a re-saleable condition
For hygiene and health safety reasons, certain wellness and personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Return Shipping Fees
A standard return shipping fee may apply to returned orders unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is deemed faulty.
Customers are also welcome to arrange their own courier for returns; however, Body Metrics will not be liable for any loss or damage during transit when using a customer-arranged courier service. We recommend insuring all return shipments.
Refunds will be processed less any shipping or handling costs incurred where applicable, including original delivery charges if shipping was provided free of charge at the time of purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges
To request a refund or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once your request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please note:
All returned products must undergo inspection prior to approval of a refund or exchange
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and assessed
Approved refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect depending on your payment provider
Incorrectly Supplied or Incorrectly Described Products
If a product was supplied incorrectly, damaged, or materially different from its website description, Body Metrics will arrange either:
* A replacement product, or
* A full refund
Requests relating to incorrect or incorrectly described items must be logged within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, products must be:
* Unused
* Undamaged
* Returned in original packaging
* Returned with all included accessories and components
Body Metrics will cover all reasonable shipping costs associated with approved claims of this nature.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during transit, the issue must be reported to Body Metrics within 3–4 working days of delivery.
Damaged items may need to be returned for assessment before a replacement or refund can be processed.
Where stock is available, the damaged product will be replaced with the same item ordered. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment confirmation and tracking allocation.
Once an order has been dispatched or assigned a tracking number, cancellation requests may still be accommodated; however, shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund due.
