Body Metrics maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bullying, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at our staff. In the event of such conduct, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any active orders and decline future transactions from the individual concerned. Where behaviour is deemed severe or unlawful, the matter may be escalated to the relevant authorities.

In all circumstances, the liability of Body Metrics, whether in contract, delict (tort), or negligence, shall be limited to the total monetary value of the items purchased.
Delivery Times
Body Metrics strives for prompt and efficient order fulfilment. Local orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 1–3 working days thereafter. Products sent from the international warehouse take +- 12 working days.
Please note that delivery timeframes may be extended during high-demand periods. Body Metrics is not responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable delays, including those attributable to third-party logistics providers or external factors beyond our control.

Applicable Law
All interactions with the Body Metrics Platform are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Invitation to Do Business
Products displayed on the Platform constitute an invitation to do business and not a binding offer. Transactions are confirmed only upon acceptance by Body Metrics, communicated via email or telephone. Should an item be out of stock at the time of a credit card transaction, a full refund will be issued.
Stock Availability
Body Metrics makes every effort to maintain accurate stock information and to promptly remove unavailable products from the Platform. In the event that a purchased item is found to be out of stock following a completed sale, customers will be notified and offered an alternative product or a full refund.
Cancelled Orders and Unwanted Goods
In accordance with applicable distance selling legislation, customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to cancel their order. Goods must be returned in their original, unworn condition, inclusive of all original packaging. A handling fee of 10% applies to all cancellations and returns.
Coupon Code Use
Coupon codes are activated at the sole discretion of Body Metrics. Gift voucher codes remain active until the full voucher value has been redeemed. Discount coupon codes — including sign-up and referral codes — will be deactivated during clearance and promotional sale events, during which no additional product discounts will be applied.
Electronic Communications
By visiting the Body Metrics Platform or communicating with us via email, you consent to receiving electronic communications. Body Metrics communicates with customers primarily via email.
User Information
Accurate and complete user information is required to complete a purchase on the Platform. All buyers must be 18 years of age or older. Unauthorised registration or misrepresentation of identity will be treated as fraudulent activity.
Our Rights
Body Metrics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Platform at any time and to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
