Delivery Charges
Body Metrics offers complimentary delivery on all Hume products to major centres, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and East London. Deliveries to regional areas, including small towns and farms, incur a shipping charge of R180. Should an incorrect shipping option be selected at checkout, our team will contact you to advise on the applicable rate. Please note that parcels will not be released until the correct shipping option has been confirmed. Additionally, deliveries to areas classified as high-risk by our courier partners may attract a surcharge, and Body Metrics will notify you should this apply.
Processing & Delivery Times (Important Notice Prior to Placing an Order)
Body Metrics endeavours to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible; however, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, including third-party courier service disruptions or load shedding. Should your order be intended for a birthday, special occasion, or time-sensitive event, we strongly encourage placing your order well in advance. Please note that same-day delivery is not available under any circumstances, and Body Metrics cannot accept liability for orders not placed within a reasonable timeframe.
During peak periods such as Black Friday and the Festive Season, increased order volumes may result in extended processing and delivery times. Customers are advised to allow for additional lead time during these periods.
In-Stock Orders: Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Once dispatched, delivery to main centres generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on location.
International Warehouse: Items sent from the international warehouse require approximately +–12 business days to be received and processed by Body Metrics. All partner store items are clearly indicated on the relevant product pages. We kindly request that customers review the applicable shipping timelines prior to placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a courier tracking number will be sent to you via our online portal.
High-Risk Delivery Areas
Should your delivery address fall within an area designated as high-risk by our courier partners, Body Metrics will notify you accordingly. You will then have the option to either pay the applicable surcharge to proceed with delivery to that address, or redirect your parcel to an alternative address at no additional charge.

Third-Party Courier Services
Body Metrics makes use of accredited third-party courier partners to fulfil deliveries. While we select our partners with care, Body Metrics cannot be held liable for service delays or disruptions caused by these providers.
